Sunshine Sundays: I am Anti-Racist - Episode 11

For those of you who have been with me for a while, you know that as much as I love spreading sunshine and happiness, I am equally passionate about shining a light on the injustices in this world.

Sunshine isn’t about covering up grief and tragedy with happiness… it’s about celebrating the happy moments in life and shining a light to help affect change.

This episode I have devoted to the memory of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and all those murdered at the hands of racists. This is just my first step. Not just one “token” episode.

I usually have “Dance Break” but this week, I chose to spend that time in 30 seconds of silence, remembering the lives of those taken by racists.
