KTLA 5 Morning News for Dressember (LIVE TV Interview)

Dressember - yes DRESSember - is in December ;-)

Dressember is an organization focused on fighting human trafficking, and they do that by wearing dresses!

As a Dressember advocate, I have committed to wearing a dress every day in December to raise awareness about human trafficking and raise money to prevent and fight human trafficking here in the US and around the world.

My team is called "Yellow Does Dressember” and Joanna Waterfall, the founder of Yellow Co. and I had the AMAZING opportunity to go on KTLA 5 Morning News to spread the word.

Joanna and I were more than a little nervous backstage and made some of the other guests giggle with our pre-interview exercises to redirect our anxiety into power!

Anchors Frank Buckley and Jessica Holmes made us feel right at home in front of the cameras, and the entire team behind the scenes: producer Janet Hill, makeup artist Kelly Williams, Sam who put our mics on, and so many more were fantastic!

They even featured us as the top story on their home page!
